I couldn't be more pleased with Goldwing!  When I purchased my steering rack a number of years ago I decided to get a lifetime warranty.  After experiencing more steering rack issues years later, I went into my receipts and dug out my warranty, contacted Goldwing Saab and was sent my new rack within three business days.  I was astounded.  A business that does what they state.  I was not questioned, nor required to return my old rack at my expense and the new rack works fantastic.  I highly recommend Goldwing Saab and will do repeat business with them as well as continually referring potential customers as well. By the way, I spoke with the owner who not only thanked me for being a Goldwing customer, but wished me a great day!  Great day to you too Goldwing!
