The product and service were excellent. My one ongoing beef is that shipping was done via UPS.  As a result, in addition to $36 shipping costs paid at time of purchase, I was billed an additional $48 on receipt.  All on a $75 part.  I would really encourage GoldWing to ship via USPS.  There are no brokerage fees, and usually no duty or taxes, payable on most items.
