speaker doesn't sound clear has a raddle. maybe needs to be used for a bit. I hope it clears up. If not, I will have to return.

When I tried to connect the speaker, it did not work. I don't think that it is actually getting power.  I've just returned it via mail today. I am hoping that you will reconsider the hardline against full refunds and reimbursement for shipping fees when the item is defective.

While some correspondence would have been nice, thank you very much for refunding my purchase (I just noticed the credit on my bank statement). Thank you for hearing me and encouraging future transactions.
